All orders will be billed in Canadian dollars.
Copycave Inc. reserves the right to modify, change, or ammend these terms. The right to modify, change, or ammend these terms is at the full discretion of Copycave Inc.
Customer Provided Content
For certain jobs you may elect to upload or provide specific text, photo, or other content. All customer provided content is the sole responsibility of the the customer. Please ensure you have permission to use all content you provide. Copycave Inc. assumes no responsibility for issues that may arise from products or services created, printed, or distributed using customer provided content.
If you are looking for licensed stock photography to use in your products, we recommend browsing the large archives at http://www.istockphoto.com. Be sure to read the specific license agreement for each piece of content you are licensing.
Pricing and Quotes
Pricing and provided quotes may change or expire at any time without notice. Copycave Inc. is not responsible for pricing errors or mistakes made when quoting custom jobs. If a price change has occured or mistake has been made after you have submitted payment then an adjustment may need to be made or your purchase will be refunded.
Turnaround and Delivery Times
All turnaround times are to be considered estimates, due to the chance of unforseen circumstances during the production process we cannot guarantee any turnaround times. In rare cases orders may need to be reprinted (causing delay) if any issues are discovered during quality control review. Turnaround estimate does not include shipping time. Delivery services are provided by UPS, please consult UPS if you have any specific questions relating to UPS policies or service standards in your area.
Turnaround times (production) vary from Next Business Day to 5-7 business days depending on the product ordered, please consult a Copycave Inc. representative if you have any questions regarding a specific product.
Order Payment, Approval, and Proofing
For all jobs (orders) designed or set-up by Copycave Inc. a digital proof will be provided prior to confirming. A design or setup fee may be associated with setting up files that are not print ready. If you have submitted your own print ready file a proof will not be provided as you already have a copy. Design files cannot be modified after they are approved and added to our production queue. Ensure that all fonts, spelling, details, and all other details are correct as we are not responsible for errors missed during the proofing process. Carefully review before making payment, on receipt of payment a job will be considered approved.
Reprint / Refund Policy
We guarantee that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. You may contact Copycave Inc. and a representative will be pleased to help address any general issues you may have with your print job.
If a defective product has been delivered or damages have occurred during shipping it will be reprinted by Copycave Inc. at no cost. Issues must be reported within 6 business days of receiving your order, if issues are not reported within 6 days of delivery it will be assumed that the order was received in satisfactory condition. Additional information may be requested such as photo evidence to determine whether a job qualifies for a reprint, if this evidence is not provided within the following 6 business days after our request then Copycave Inc. is no longer responsible for reprinting or refunding the purchase. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed and may or may not be grounds for a reprint (our products are printed on very high end equipment but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed with any CMYK process printing). Copycave Inc. reserves all discretion in determining if a job qualifies for a reprint. Copycave Inc. is not responsible for orders placed on the wrong stock type or by a customer unfamiliar with the specific stock. If you are a new customer or are not familiar with the stocks we carry it is recommend to request a free sample pack prior to ordering to evaluate stocks and coating options. Regarding over/under runs; Although we strive to provide the exact quantity ordered, Copycave Inc. reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. This 5% margin of error also applies to products that may be defective within your order.
If for any reason a job cannot be reprinted, Copycave Inc. will issue a full refund to customer within 7 business days of being notified of the issue.
Purchases will not be refunded based on customer providing an unusable file or changing your mind. Once an order is submitted your card will be processed and the purchase is final. Steps are immediately taken to move your job into production in order for us to adhere to strict turnaround times. If the file provided is not usable we will place your order on hold and request that you provide a new one, the order cannot be cancelled. If customer is unable to provide a new file or for any other reason cancellation is requested before the job has been moved into production, customer may be provided with a store credit of the purchase amount.
All promotions are subject to expiry at any time and are offered at the sole discretion of Copycave Inc. We will not combine any promotional offers.
Printed Customer Project Samples
We're proud of our work and we love to show off photos of our projects. Copycave Inc. may use photos of customer's non-sensitive printed material in photos on our website or they may be included in select sample packs provided to customers. If for any reason you would not like photos of your cards or other material displayed on our website please inform us and we'll be sure to exclude them. Discression will be used and we would not display items such as coupons, gift cards, event tickets, or other items that could have proprietary value.
