Please ensure your badge artwork meets our artwork specifications, are uploaded with bleed included, and all badges must be combined into one PDF file (we can assist with this if needed). Additional setup charges may apply for files that are not provided print-ready with correct bleed setup. Incorrectly setup files will be corrected on our end (if it's a minor fix) or you will receive a rejection notification and can submit new artwork. Bleed should be 1/8" or 0.065" on each edge. So for a 3x5" badge your artwork should be 3.13x5.13" including the bleed that will be trimmed off. Keep all important text and content 0.25" away from the edge, but ensure your background graphic extends through the bleed to the edge to account for cutting tolerance.
For 2-sided badges, every odd numbered page in your PDF will be the front of a badge and the following even numbered page will be the back of that badge.
Example:
PDF Page 1: First badge, front side
PDF Page 2: First badge, back side
PDF Page 3: Second badge, front side
PDF Page 4: Second badge, back side
Etc...
