This product requires a separate mask file for both the spot uv and coloured foil areas. Mask files should be black and white (100%K) and not contain any CMY. Black indicates the foil or spot uv position. They must be set up at the exact same dimension as the CMYK print files so the foil or spot uv is applied in the correct position.

It is important to note than the Colourd Foil and Spot UV areas in your mask files cannot overlap. Your file will be rejected.

If you use foil and spot uv on both sides of the card that would be two mask files per side, four masks total. If you're not sure how to set up the mask files for this product you will want to contact support before placing your order.

Note: This product requires a setup process that may be complicated for some. We recommend using our design services for this product unless you are a professional designer. Upload Your Coloured Foil Business Card Design

Before you upload your file, please ensure that:
 

• Your file is in vector format or set up at 300dpi.

• Your file is set up at the correct dimensions and includes a 1/8" bleed zone.
For example if you are ordering a 6x4" product the total artwork size should be 6.125x4.125" and this will be trimmed to 6x4". All important text should also be kept within 1/8" of the trim line.

• Your file is set up in CMYK colour mode.
RGB files will be converted to CMYK which may result in a colour shift.

• Your design has been flattened or fonts have been outlined
