We recommend saving your document file as a PDF to prevent any formatting issues. You should be able to do this in your word processing software by selecting the File menu and then Export as a PDF. In some software you can choose Save As and then select PDF as the file type. Document files (.doc) can be submitted as well however we are not responsible for any formatting changes that may occur.
Your file should be 8.5x11" and do not add bleed for document printing, all pages will have a white border.
