Uploading Your BookletPlease upload a multi-page PDF with each page set up individually. For example if you are uploading a 16 page 8.5x11" booklet you shoud be uploading a PDF with 16 8.5x11" pages. Each file should include at least 1/8" bleed zone and text should be kept at least 1/4" inside of the cut line. If you have any concerns regarding file setup please contact us. If you would like to download a template to assist in setting up your booklet design please visit our templates page. Before you upload your file, please ensure that:
• Your file is in vector format or set up at 300dpi. • Your file is set up at the correct dimensions and includes a 1/8" bleed zone.
For example if you are ordering a 8.5x11" product the total artwork size should be 8.625x11.125" and this will be trimmed to 8.5x11". For booklets, all important text should also be kept within 1/4" of the trim line. • Your file is set up in CMYK colour mode.
RGB files will be converted to CMYK which may result in a colour shift. • Your design has been flattened or fonts have been outlined Files will be reviewed and may be rejected if they do not meet the above criteria.
